For residential projects, our clients are typically architects, interior designers, contractors, landscape designers, and other consultants that are contracted to perform remodeling services on the property. Obtaining accurate As-Builts is a critical first step for the design and remodel process. We also frequently contract our services with the homeowner directly. Daily measure capability up to 10,000 sq.ft. Turn around time after site visit is approximately 1-2 days.

Commercial As-built Services
We provides As-Built surveys for all types of commercial properties including Retail, Office, Restaurant, Hotel, Industrial, and any other usage. They're a valuable tool for real estate agents and leasing companies in helping sell or rent out a space.We work on both "Single-Site" projects that have one building or property to measure, as well as Multi-Sites in one day. Daily measure capability up to 15,000 sq.ft. For commercial projects, our clients are typically architects, engineers, construction managers, facility managers, Real Estate brokers and managers, and/or building owners. We provide Commercial As-Built services nationwide in Canada. Turn around time after site visit is approximately 3-5 business days.
