We have our own inventory and solid delivery partner, so we can quickly arrange the move-in and finish the staging within just one day.

Home Staging Consultation
for occupied properties (live-in homes)Our professional stagerwill do a thorough property tour with client. During the tour, we will discuss everything that needs to be pre-packed, rearranged, repaired or replaced based on the full assessment of your property. We can also give recommendations on paint colors, light fixtures and small hardware replacement options. Each client will receive a personalized checklist which will explain what is recommended to be completed before the property goes on the market. The list can be prepared in priority levels, so clients will spend the most time and effort on the most essential tasks if they are tied up with time and budget. The consultation generally takes approximately two hours to complete. Our check list will help to provide you with a clear action plan for preparing your home for sale.
FAQ
Staging cost varies depending on the size and value of your property, the items rented and the time our stager needs to spend on your project. In general, the staging cost will usually be composed by 3 categories:
- Rental rate for staging items
- Staging service fee, which is including the time our stager to design, pack, prep, install and remove the rented items
- Delivery & pickup - may vary depending on your location relative to our service area (please refer to our service map here)

In order to fully reserve the home staging services, we require the following:
- 30% deposit
- Signed Staging Agreement
NOTE: Staging date and home staging rental items will NOT be held until the above items have been received. We require FULL payment the day before the scheduled staging date.
